Damaged Goods

We take great care in packing and shipping your products, but if your item arrives damaged:

  • Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include a description of the damage and clear photographs of the product and packaging.

  • Once reviewed and approved, we may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the situation.


Non-Refundable Situations

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Unwanted items

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Incorrect storage or usage by the customer
