We offer two delivery methods:
Local Delivery (Within a 90-Mile Radius)
For larger items or bulk orders, we provide local delivery services for customers located within a 90-mile radius of our base. This ensures swift and secure transportation of your goods. This is a kerb side delivery with a maximum of 5 metres on to the property from kerb side. For delivery areas over 60 and under 90 miles, a minimum order of 2 bulk items appliesCourier Services
For smaller items, we use reputable courier services to deliver your order safely and efficiently.
Delivery Process and Timeframes
- Once your purchase is completed, we will confirm a delivery date via email or phone.
- Deliveries are made to different zones on specific days or weeks throughout the month, depending on the schedule in your area.
- We will provide you with the delivery timeframe upon confirmation to ensure convenience and clarity.
If you require special arrangements, please contact us before placing your order. During our busier times, delivery times and schedules may vary.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and distance from our base. This ensures transparency and fair pricing. You will be able to review the total delivery cost before finalising your purchase.
Your Rights as a Customer
As a UK-based business, we comply fully with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and all relevant UK distance selling and consumer rights laws.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right:
- Notify us in writing via email or post, stating your decision to cancel.
- Return the goods to us in their original condition within 14 days of cancellation.

- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
